100° Giro d'Italia

Next May, Val di Fassa will turn pink again for the 100th Giro d'Italia, the international cycling competition. On May 24th and 25th, Canazei and Moena will be in the spotlight!
On the 24 of May, the 17th stage will start from Aprica, followed by some steep slopes, like the one leading up to Passo del Tonale. After arriving at the lowest point in Mezzolombardo, the remaining stage will see the cyclists rise up again and after passing through Val di Fassa they will finally arrive in Canazei.
