Marathon of the Dolomites

This famous and now classic cycling race of the Dolomite is held since 1987.
The course winds through the beautiful sceneries of the Dolomites' passes (Campolongo, Gardena, Giau, Falzarego,Valparola...), including those of the Val di Fassa: coming down from the Pordoi Pass, the 9000 participants will go to Pian Schiavaneis, above Canazei, before climbing back up towards the Sella Pass
The race comprises 3 courses with different difficulty levels:
- Marathon - 138 km, altitude difference of 4,230 m
- Medium - 106 km, altitude difference of 3,130 m
- Sellaronda - 55 km, altitude difference of 1,780 m
The 33th edition is scheduled for the 7 July, 2019. Do not miss it: as a cyclists or as a spectator, the show is guaranteed
